Scripture
The 66 biblical books are Spirit-inspired, without error, dependable, and relevant.
The Trinity
Father, Son, and Spirit are the one eternal God, with equal authority and power.
God the Father
Our Creator knows all things and rules over all. He is faithful, compassionate, loving, and good.
Jesus Christ
Jesus is truly divine and truly human. His sinless life, death, and resurrection reconcile us to God.
God’s Spirit
The Spirit gives assurance, reveals truth, confronts sin, comforts, empowers, and shapes believers into Christ’s likeness.
Humanity
Made male and female in God’s image, everyone deserves dignity and love. Sin separates us from God; self-effort cannot restore us.
Being saved
Forgiveness comes only through Jesus’ shed blood. We receive salvation as an unearned gift by trusting His death and resurrection.
Life as the Church
Reborn, baptized believers belong locally and universally to Christ’s people: obeying Jesus, making disciples, sharing the Gospel, and glorifying Him together.
Life beyond death
Heaven and hell are eternal: reconciliation with God through Christ, or separation because of sin.
Across the generations
The Apostles’ Creed.
Read the creed
We believe in God, the Father Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth,
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord:
who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day He arose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty,
whence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic (universal) church,
the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
